Hair Growth Tips

Sorry I've been MIA lately. I've gotten caught up in some stuff and have been pretty busy lately. So I'm here today to help with hair growth tips. Some tips that have definitely worked for me.

-Reduce or eliminate heat to hair to prevent further damage.
-Reduce product use.
-Wash hair everyday and be sure to keep your hair moisturized. I recommend Aussie's 3 Minute Miracle. Really cheap, but great product. You want your hair to be moisturized as much as possible so that your hair can get nourishment and become more healthy. Because if you're like me, you spend almost every day outside or in the pool and that could really damage your hair and dry it out. Although water does help your hair grow, you still want to moisturize it to keep it from drying out with all the chlorine in the pool and such.
-B Complex pills. These help with the growth of your hair. It is a skin, nail and hair growth product. You can pick it up at Walmart for pretty cheap. Take them once a day. Also, be careful. When taking these pills, it makes your skin pretty sensitive so be careful with going outside. *(That's how I got sun poisoning)
-I also heard fish oils help your hair a lot. So eating fish (which I don't, I'm not a huge fan of fish so I won't eat it if I don't have to) would help increase hair growth. You can buy pills that contain fish oils as well if you would prefer it.
-Mane 'N Tail shampoo. This is used for horses, but I have heard that it works with human hair growth. I have been using it and I have seen a difference. It also seems to make your hair thicker.

*People say that trimming your hair helps hair growth, but I'm not sure that's true. My opinion is that your hair grows from your scalp not the ends of your hair. Keep your scalp healthy and it should do the trick. If you want your hair to look nicer, then cut it. Split ends don't stand out much to me and nor do they bother me so I don't really care. But it's up to you.

These are my opinions and have worked for me, I'm not saying that this is GUARANTEED to work out, but they did for me. You may have other outcomes.
